I have to say that Edinburgh is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited in UK.  The architecture of the buildings was amazing, also the view of the city from Edinburgh Castle was priceless.  The tour of the castle gave me insight into the history of the place and how the strong-hold was used to withstand attacks on the Scottish Army.

There were many venues in with live music, but I chose a bar not far from my hotel called the ‘The Jazz Bar’, which showcase music from 7pm till 3am in the morning.  The Katet band performed their original funk soul like tunes, under the direction of Mike Kearney.  The band started off with some free-style improvisation and then to more structured like songs which was quite a hit with the regular crowd.  A very enjoyable night!
